Casual Cost: $55 p/h

Regulars: $30 p/h

 

For parties or large events where alcohol is consumed 

We will require a $500 bond

• $100 cleaning fee

Access

The key to the hall can be picked up from Te Ranga School, you will need to arrange a time to pick this up from the office between school hours.

 

Setting up

Heat pumps/air conditioners are activated by the remotes. Please ensure you turn these off after use.

Trestle tables are stored under the stage. Chairs in the left side stage room.

 

Computer

All instructions for the computer are on the wall next to it

 

Catering equipment

Ample amount of random mugs, plates and cutlery available in the kitchen.

The hall facility does not provide table linen.

All equipment is stored in cupboards – seek and you will find.

 

Alcohol

If your function includes the sale of alcohol, a special liquor licence must be obtained from the WBOPDC, in which case we provide a letter of consent. Please allow ample time for this process to be completed. Applications must be filed a minimum of 20 working days prior to the first event. The application form can be downloaded from the council website.

 

Clean up

You must wash any kitchen equipment used, plates, cups etc. 

All rubbish must be taken with you.

Sweep/mop the floor.

Please leave the hall as you found it, ready for the next party hiring the hall

Closing down and locking up

Check all lights are off, including those in store cupboards.

Check all doors and windows are locked.

Check speaker and computer system is off

 

Return the key to the school, or school house with prior arrangement.
